The apartments Stelle Sul Mare are leased exclusively for tourist purposes within the meaning of Article 1 (2) (c) of Law no. 431/98. It is expressly forbidden to sublicense, to commune or to divulge any other title to third parties or to apply for a residence or domicile in the same apartment.
Prices are inclusive of utilities, taxes and initial and final cleaning fees, except for the tourist tax.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival.
San Benedetto del Tronto: € 1 per person per night for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights.
Grottammare: € 0,50 per person per night for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights.
Children up to the age of 12 are free and non-self-sufficient person, with a medical certificate, and their accompanying person.
You will respond within 24 hours to your booking requests. No cost will be charged before the request is accepted. You will send a confirmation email with the instructions to proceed with payment of the deposit.
VALIDITY OF RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT
Booking is only valid after payment of the Deposit required, equal to 30% of the total cost of the apartment during the chosen period of stay. The deposit can be paid by credit card directly online or by bank transfer.
After receipt of the deposit, a reservation letter will be sent to your e-mail address. If no deposit is received within 4 days of booking it will be canceled. The copy of the acceptance must be kept to be shown on the check-in day.
FINAL PAYMENT AND GARANTEE DEPOSIT
The total payment of your stay (weekly rate + city tax)Will have to be paid in cash at the arrival (no checks and credit cards are accepted). A security deposit of € 150.00 per apartment has also to be payed at check-in. This deposit will be returned to you after we have verified the condition of the apartment, except for damage or defects. If the damage is higher than the deposit, any adjustments will be asked.
CANCELLATION AND ANNULMENT
In case of cancellation of the reservation, which will necessarily be by email, it will be done as follows:
There is a refund of 50% of the deposit for cancellations 2 months before your arrival
There is a refund of 20% of the deposit for cancellations 1 month before your arrival
If the cancellation is made on the 30th day before your arrival, there is no refund.
ARRIVAL, LACKING ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE
Arrivals and departures take place ONLY on Saturday.
Check-in is from 4 pm to 6 pm (any late arrivals must be communicated at time of booking). Upon check-in will be required, for registration, the documents of all the occupants of the accommodation. In case of no arrival, the accommodation will be available until 10 am of the next day and after,it will be considered free to rent it to others.
The Departure (check-out) must take place before 10.00 am on the day indicated as end-of-stay.The apartment must be left in order, free from garbage, empty refrigerator, the dishwasher washed and the kitchenette perfectly clean.
In case the guest move up early,respecting the term agreed, he has no right under no circumstances to any reduction of the canon, consequently he can not ask for a refund. It is not possible in any case to postpone the check-out.
The arrival of a number of people above the booked will cancel the reservation of the stay with the loss of the deposit.During the stay, it is absolutely forbidden to stay in the apartment for other people than those registered at check-in unless communicated in advance and expressly authorized by the property. Sublocation is prohibited.
Guests have to accept condominium regulation, to comply strictly with common rules regarding quiet, especially in the afternoon and night, avoiding noises. Guests are committed to the care of the apartment (walls, floors, etc.), domestic appliances (oven,fridge, cooker, etc.) and furnishings (furniture, beds, tables, etc.).Damaged or stolen objects must be compensated by the customer. Complaints about the condition of the apartment and its accessories are only accepted within 24 hours after arrival.
The delivery of the waste must take place in the manner and on the days that will be indicated upon arrival in the apartment.
Small pets are allowed in some apartments, to be indicated when booking, only if previously accepted.
All the apartments are fully furnished and equipped with pots, plates, glasses, tableware. The apartments are equipped with pillows, mattress covers, cushions and blankets. No bed, bath, and kitchen linen are provided. The Customer must then bring with him what he needs.
No culpability can be attributed to the property for any accidents, loss, thefts and inconveniences that may be in the apartment. Stelle Sul Mare gives, however, its services to solve any problems.
RIGHT OF PRIVACY
The personal details provided by the guests will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality requirements imposed by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 exclusively for purposes related to commercial relations and the fulfillment of civil, accounting and tax rules.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE
This regulation is intended to be fully accepted upon confirmation of the reservation.
